These gentlemen were building a detached kitchen at an orphanage in Haiti. Prior to the construction all the cooking was done in a small space outside between the house and the bathroom. Even though it was hard work done under challenging conditions with minimal tools there was no grumbling. They seemed to know their labors would make life better for the cooks and the kids they served.
