Please look carefully at the picture. These fellows are operating more than 75 feet above the ground as they make connections on high voltage lines in northern Colombia. The temperature is hovering close to 100 Farenheit and the best work platform they have are ladders laid horizontally and connected to the power lines. The man on the right maintains his balance by draping a leg around the de-energized line. This is what they do all day.
